There are four different levels:
Gold— $1500
Silver—$1000
Bronze—$500
Hole sponsorships—$100

Register to play
Put together a team and then hit the course. There is a discounted registration fee if you registration information in before May 15. Download the form and email it to treasurer@zionmiddletown.org
