Grief 2 Hope
Have you experienced a recent loss? A past loss?
Grief is a journey that does not have to be taken alone.
Our congregation offers support through a get-together called “Grief 2 Hope”.
If you have experienced a loss recently or at any time in your life, please know that you
are welcome to attend. Grief 2 Hope meets the fourth Monday of the month. The next one will be on January 24, 2011 at 7pm, in the Living Library. For more information contact Dixie Eichelberger at 301-371-4232 or Greta Huffer at 301-371-7706.
Do you have some extra time
that you could bring a meal to a
member who has lost a loved one?
Right now we have 31 people who are
in nursing homes or home bound.
Care Responders is looking for volunteers
to respond to the needs of
members who are elderly, disabled,
ill or in transition by offering transportation,
an occasional meal, respite
care and household repair.
If you would like to be involved with this
needed service, please contact Rosella
Wilson at rosella@xecu.net or 301-371-
7529(h) or 301-471-4893(cell).
