Lent is a time to remember Christ dying on the Cross for our sins. It is a time of reflection as we culminate to Easter with the celebration of the fulfillment of God's promise in Christ's resurrection. During Holy week (April 13-18) a Cross will be at the side of the Church with a hammer, nails and paper.
We invite you, along with the community, to come and share/release a burden, concern, hope or prayer, by writing it on a piece of paper and nailing it to the cross.
Watch the transformation of the cross on Easter Sunday; see how Christ takes your burdens and turns them into something beautiful.
We invite all youth, ages 3rd grade and younger, to join us on Saturday, April 19, for an Easter Egg Hunt in celebration of Christ's resurrection.
Come see the antics of our puppet ministry as they help us make sense of the season with their presentation of Easter Feaster. We'll also have games and crafts. Bring a basket or bag for the Easter Egg Hunt.
